The following policies apply to our website.
ACCOUNT – By creating an account, you will have to provide your personal information and nominate a password. Please keep your password confidential. If you believe that your password has been compromised, please contact us so we can assist you change your password. The Perfect Pint reserves the right to suspend your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
ORDER, ACCEPTANCE AND REVISIONS TO ORDERS – These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all customers’ orders of the Perfect Pint’s products. All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by our customers to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS – It is the Perfect Pint’s sole discretion to accept order transactions from this website. We receive customers’ orders thru an on-screen message with a transaction reference number provided or thru email with complete order details. The Perfect Pint reserves the right to decline the transaction without indicating any reason.
ORDER CONFIRMATION – Customers shall receive an order confirmation email. This serves as our acknowledgement and record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and within the specified delivery time. In case products ordered are not available, the Perfect Pint shall contact the customer via phone call or email to offer a reasonable substitute. Customers should ensure that delivery address, email address and contact number are correct to avoid any delivery delays. For orders paid using bank transfers or any online payment system, confirmation of order is done upon verification of payment receipt. If another person ordered Products using your account, you agree that these orders shall be considered as your own and shall be subject to these Terms.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS – If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us. Our contact numbers are indicated in our homepage. Please note that cancellation of orders may affect any promotions availed of by customers since promotions are offered for limited periods. Change of orders or delivery date and time can be made no later than 5 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation email. Changes to the order may also result to change of delivery date and time. Orders may be cancelled in full up to 5 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation email. Refunds for cancellation are processed within 7-15 days. However, for online credit card payments, this may take 1 month to reflect on your credit card statement and account. Cancellations beyond 5 minutes after receipt of Order Confirmation email will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.
DELIVERY – Delivery by our in-house delivery team is available in selected locations. We deliver from our 2 outlets. Delivery time is not guaranteed. We will endeavor to notify you if we anticipate significant delays for whatever reason.
PRICES AND PAYMENT – Prices on this website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. You may refer to the site to check the price of the Products you wish to order. Without prejudice to any unintentional errors, the price of the Products shall be as reflected on this site. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without further notice. You can pay by any of the methods listed in the checkout section. Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, such card is valid on the date of the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage. Online credit card payments will be validated before delivery and may be subject to additional online charges. For the protection of both credit card holders and the Perfect Pint against fraudulent use or credit, debit and charge cards, we reserve the right not to deliver if no credentials are presented. Upon submission of your orders online, you are making an offer to us to purchase the items you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
LEGAL STATEMENT – The Perfect Pint website is operated and managed by Brews and Blues Inc. The site is maintained for your personal use, viewing, ordering and delivery of food online. Access and use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
DISCLAIMERS – By using this website and/or transmitting to it any submissions, you agree to indemnify the Perfect Pint, Brews and Blues Inc, its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, distributors, and their related companies for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action arising out of your breach or alleged breach of this agreement.
The materials on this site are transmitted and distributed “as is, where is” and appear on the site without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Perfect Pint makes no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness and validity of any materials on the website and does not warrant that the functions contained on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. When a mistake is noticed we will correct it as soon as possible and will notify customers who are affected. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping the product. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you.

TERMINATION – The Perfect Pint may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, including, but not limited to, any bulletin boards on its site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding Materials appearing on the website, and the representations and warranties, indemnities and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement will survive any such termination.
